Organizations - apply!
Each year the planning committee reviews applications from nonprofit charities. We generally receive applications in October and confirm organizations for participation by the second week of November. Please submit your application accordingly or contact us to see about any deadlines. (note: if you're early enough we may not have our list of fair locations and updated documents available)
Organizations must:
* have a charitable purpose
* send a local representative to the fair – you must have a staffed booth to participate
* have current 501c3 status as determined by the IRS
* commit to use the money raised for the express purposes stated on the shopping list 
Please note: We do not accept applications from individuals.
